Water Wise – is a private/publicly sponsored University of Arizona Cochise County Cooperative Extension water conservation program.  This community education program is designed to help residents of Cochise County, with emphasis on the Sierra Vista Subwatershed  (which includes Bisbee) reduce water use and implement good natural resources management practices on their land, in their homes, and/or businesses.
